Colorful Food for the Soul is an evolving effort to showcase simple recipes that nourish the body, mind and spirit. We emphasize
recipes that engage mulitple senses. Cooking with colors is an excellent way to unleash your creativity and amp up your nutrition, and you can eat your work!
Our long-term goal is to write a cookbook that follows this approach, showing how to use select yummy ingredients in multiple ways. In the
book we will feature our favorite recipes and provide a guide to incorporating them into menus.
In the near term, we are illustrating our efforts through a photo gallery, sort of like a blog in pictures.
We are available to teach hands-on cooking classes using these principles.

PS-Watch for our cooking classes at Martha's Bloomers in Navasota. Thanks to all who took our classes on High Tea and on "Happytizers". We had fun!
